Yes! We welcome bespoke orders! At PlatterMakers, we believe that every gathering is unique, and we’re here to create for you the perfect platter to match your preferences. Whether you have specific fruits in mind, dietary requirements, or unique themes you'd like us to consider, just let us know! We’ll work closely with you to craft a platter that suits your taste and occasion perfectly.

We prepare the fruits same day as delivery and keep them well chilled to ensure peak freshness. Seasonal and special fruits are included when available, and we always prioritize high-quality, ripe selections for every order.

While our products are not certified halal, we do not use pork or lard in any of our recipes.

• All prices listed on our website are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and there is NO GST surcharge. Delivery is charged separately.

• Once your order is received and finalized, you will receive a confirmation email within 24hrs outlining the details of your order, including any customization requests.

• For urgent orders, please contact us (WhatsApp) and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request to make your occasion extra special!

We offer delivery across Singapore via courier service at a flat delivery fee of SGD$24 for all orders except Tuas and Sentosa with an additional SGD$20 surcharge.

Our delivery hours start from 3 PM to 7 PM on Tuesday to Sunday, with special hours for our Brunch Platters available from 11 AM to 2 PM.

To maintain the freshness of the food, please ensure someone is available to collect the order at the scheduled delivery time. Additional charges apply for redelivery attempt.

We understand in unforeseen circumstances, there may be a need to cancel your order. Should you need to cancel your order, we would like to keep you informed of the followings:

• For cancellations made 31 days or more in advance, we will offer a full refund.

• For cancellations made with 7 to 30 days’ notice, we will refund 90% of the total product amount (excluding delivery charge).

• For cancellations made 6 days or less, there will be no refund.

Alternatively, you may choose to postpone your order. The new date however, will need to fall

within 3 months from your initial order date and subjected to slot availability.

For any cancel or postpone order, just drop us an email at hello@plattermakers.com or WhatsApp, and we’ll get back to you with a confirmation.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
